Loved this article! I am challenged sometimes when writing the goals versus the actions and appreciate your examples. I’ll be doing some slight revisions. Thank you!

Once again you’ve flipped a switch in my head. How to set goals with action steps that feel like rolling downhill? Love this!

Thank you, Martin! Let's all roll to our goals, instead of climbing to them.

When I first started reading the post, I was taken aback by the fail proof part, but you so elequently pointed out the seven deadly sins, which for me was like no, not happening. Then you explained even more of how to work on goals and create positive resolutions, that were so tangible and achievable if you try. I believe that Love is important, I think a key is Love yourself enough to make the changes that will give you the peace that you have always wanted. I first heard you at Global Leadership, your speach gave me an aha moment, and I will forever be grateful for meeting you. Continue in your pursuits can't wait for the book.

Thank you, Leanna! I appreciate your comment. You raised a great point on self love. I believe that self-love can precede loving actions, but I also believe that loving actions can spark self-love. If you do more positive things you love, you will start loving yourself more. It's a virtuous loop.
