Just a shoutout to you, Jia, for doing this work. What a monumental effort to put together these brackets, summarize the books, and then do side-by-side comparisons! I hope the work is meaningful for you and helps your clarify your own thinking on some things, in addition to providing a benefit to readers like me who have read only maybe 1/5 of these books. I deeply appreciate your effort in running March MINDness! (FWIW I'm going for my alma mater UVa in March Madness) =)

When it comes to extremes like this I always believe the answer lies somewhere in the middle. In this case, one can accept the parts of themselves they like but they can also look to change the parts of themselves that are not aligned with the ideal version of themselves.

Simply put if you’re entirely happy with who you are then you don’t have to change. But if you desire to transform in any way, a growth mindset can help get you there.
