Thank you for this post! In my culture it is usually said to keep quiet until you reach your goal because if you tell about it everybody you'll most likely fail. I really like your point of view here. I want to try it! I have my goals that I am scared to pursue, but I also have my little Telegram Channel, where I am going to tell about my goals and keep updating. I feel motivated. Thank you, Mr. Jiang!

Thx for staying real and sharing the fear/anxieties with us! I find this wall thing very inspiring! Have you read "Big Magic" by Elizabeth Gilbert? She talks about fear a lot! What it is about fear in humans that freezes us up so badly? Hey but the ones moving on with fear are the badasses! I want to become a better badass myself....so thx for being our demo!

OK, I have one Baby Shower Shout. It's about LinkedIn AND a vanity metric, but hear me out. Right now you, Mr. Jiang, have 13k followers on LinkedIn; I have only 4k. But in 12 months from now, I will have more followers on LinkedIn than you. Bam.

Before I saw your 100 Days to 10K, I set a goal to give away 10K copies (or preview copies—intro + chapter 1) in 2 years of my upcoming book. Following Tim Grahl’s advice.

We’re on obviously different planes when it comes to reach and audience, but after seeing what you’re doing, and you’re SELLING 10K copies, my inner Ben Hardy asked “Why not make the floor 10K giveaways in one year???”

So Baby Shower shout number one: I’m going to give away 10K copies of “Smile When You Poop: How to Be Grateful When Life is Hard” in 2026.

Conrad, that’s the spirit. Think about doing it at your real Baby Shower or equivalent, and ask everyone to hold you accountable.
