Anytime anyone pre-orders Easy Discipline (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Audible), they can screenshot and upload the receipt, and have their name on the wall, permanently.

If Easy Discipline becomes a bestseller or a cultural phenomenon, their names will be forever marked as its first supporters.

Great idea right? Well, it was supposed to be my first week’s goal - Build the Wall. But it was built in 4 hours, by my dear partner in crime, and partner in life, Tracy!

Just you know, I spent 5+ years getting a Computer Science degree, 5+ years working in tech companies, and built two software startups myself.

But I can’t build this wall myself without help.

And Tracy, with 0 programming experience, rolled up her sleeves and got it done in 4 hours.

How is that possible? Three reasons:

1. Tracy is a force of nature. When she puts her mind on something, it’s done, with quality and speed. Being her partner is like living with Athena on keyboard.

2. AI is becoming terrifyingly powerful. You can vibe code with Claude to build things in an hour that takes an experienced programmer days if not weeks.

3. Well, here comes today’s main learning:

EASY DISCIPLINE PRINCIPLE - The Magic of “100 Days”

What do a company’s financial quarter, a nature’s season, and the length of time people talk about the start of a Presidential term have in common?

That’s right, they are all about 100 days.

And if you think about it, 100 days is the perfect time for you to take on a new project -long enough to make real impact on the world and changes in your life, and short enough that it’s gone before you know it.

100 days have certainly been magical for me. If you know me, you know 100 Days of Rejection Therapy changed my life and started the movement of Rejection Therapy.

And that’s why I am doing the book launch project for 100 days. Frankly, I finished writing my book 3 months ago, and I could have started the campaign earlier. But I knew if I did, I would get burnt out before the publication date.

So I waited until precisely 100 days before launch, so Tracy and I can go maximum full effort in an all-out sprint.

There is magic in going hair-on-fire, laser-focused, shot-out-of-a-cannon with no regard to fatigue and grind, because the finish line is just ahead.

The result is today - what we thought would take 1 week, we got done in 1 day.
